Works Great! July 27, 2010 jedi380 The Krups B95 BeerTender from Heineken works great and pours pefectly every time. Don't believe those saying that it pours nothing but foam. The instructions clearly state that if you don't wait until the draught keg reaches the right temperature then you will see some foam. Just cool the keg enough and you'll be fine!
amazing and worth it! July 19, 2010 colwol Got my beertender december 2009 and its been working great! Although it takes about 10 hours to completely cool a keg at 60 degrees to 36, its worth it! The kegs are extremely easy to change and I have yet to experience problems with foam. As long as you pour correctly and wait for the keg to cool, foam shouldn't be an issue.
Great product!
Not Working June 18, 2010 E. Hass (Oklahoma City, OK) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I bought the BeerTender for my boyfriend for Christmas. He thought it was the best gift ever and we both enjoyed it until a couple of weeks ago. The temperature indicator light stayed red even though the keg was straight out of a liquor store fridge. We hoped it would eventually turn green, but it never did. We couldn't tell if the unit was chilling or not so we stuck the keg in the fridge and unplugged the unit. I thought maybe we simply purchased a faulty unit, but reading other reviews it looks like the indicator lights go out quite frequently. :(
Nice addition to the cave. June 6, 2010 The X 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I just finished my first little keg and this product works just as they have advertised. If the beer has been sitting for a few days the foam can be a little thick but nothing that stopped me from drinking it. If you follow the directions you have no problems. From box to set up took maybe five minutes and that was because I was being careful to make sure I set it up correctly. If there's any draw back it's that it's too convenient. It's amazing how much beer my friends and I will drink if we don't have to open the fridge and remove the cap from a bottle :)
worked great... until 12 1/4 months May 12, 2010 J. Collins (Steilacoom, WA USA) and 12 1/4 months after it was shipped to me it is no longer working.... :( of course the warranty is only 12 months...
no matter how happy I was with the performance I am saddened that it just won't power up....
