Have owned this a month after owning previous B&D toaster ovens that have broken down (elements warped). So far it broils and bakes well and the crumb tray is a pleasure to deal with. Only complaint is toasting function does leave much allowance for measuring how dark to toast and so you must watch your edibles when toasting to make sure they don't burn. For the price, would definitely recommend this as you can cook small dinner items in there and not have to turn on the oven.

This oven get very HOT on the outside and when I opened the door to take something out, there's an edge that i touched and it burned. I didn't want my kids to get burned . There are warning stickers all over it about how hot it gets hot. The outside is stainless steel so I guess it really holds the heat. I sent it back after one use I didn't feel comfortable keeping it.
