This waffle maker workes really well. I recommend it. The cooking times are consistent but you may have to play a few rounds before you get the waffles cooked like you want them. For me it was 1:15 per side.
I did not give this item 5 stars because the timer uses a AAA battery. If you plug it into the wall .... why does it need a battery ..... ?

I wanted to get my wife a nice Belgian waffle maker like her mothers'. But we were on a budget so this was the cheapest thing I could find. I recently took it to a social even were it performed just as well as the expensive brands. Not only does it cost much less, it also takes up less storage space in our kitchen. Bonus!

I got this as a gift for my husband. After a few attempts in the begining we finally figured out the best way to use it for the waffle to come out perfect. Just experiment flipping at different times and different amounts of mixture before you give up on it. I think after the 4th attempt it was perfect!!!

I bought this Belgian waffle maker for my wife as a surprise birthday present. Not only was she thrilled at the gift (since it was a complete surprise), but she has used it several times since then, with no complaints. It has worked perfectly, and she has used it more often than I had anticipated. Great purchase.

We have used this 5 times so far and love it. We use the same waffle batter we used in our old machine. It comes out completely different though. Way more fluffy and crisp. While we always looked forward to waffles on the weekend we definitely look forward to it even more now!
