5 out of 5 stars The Perfect Crockpot   September 3, 2010

My old crock pot had been in the family for years, passed down from my mother, it was at least 15 years old. I used it at least 2 times a week. So when the lid started cracking, I knew I had to get a new one quick! I did a lot of research, looking both online and at stores for the best price and product.

I definitely made the right decision! Having the ability to cook in different sized pots is just too cool. I can make a small dessert or a huge pot of soup. My old crockpot was one piece, so I could never prepare pot in advance. I had to make time to put it all in the pot in the morning before work. Now I make it all up the night before and toss it in the refrigerator. Then in the mornings, all I have to do is put it on the heater and turn it on. I save so much time!

I am extremely happy with my choice. I have told all my family about it and would definitely buy it again. It was priced good and I have had no problems with it whatsoever.

5 out of 5 stars Slow Cooker   August 18, 2010

I love this slow cooker. If i want to make a small, medium or large dish, i have the option. The appearance is beautiful sitting on my blue pearl granite counters and the "warm" option can keep it warm while you are serving or you can remove the bowel and serve right from it on the table. It is a beautiful appliance and works like a charm.

4 out of 5 stars One small problem!   August 18, 2010

I absolutely love this crock pot. Bought it about a year ago, and have used it successfully several times. There is just one small problem--- the settings [Off, Warm, Low, High] are no longer on the knob! I don't know if a piece peeled off of it, or it they were painted on and just wore off! But there is nothing there but a solid black knob! It still works, but you have to go by the number of clicks and remember where each setting is. Other than that... I love it.

2 out of 5 stars Not Worth It   August 16, 2010

I have had this slow cooker for over a year. It really appealed to me because of the 3 different crock sizes. The problem is that there are 2 'hot spots' in the base. So, in 2 places food gets over-cooked and crusted onto the crock. Doesn't matter which size you use, a hot spot is a hot spot. It was really a mess when I used it for pulled pork at graduation, that stuff really cooks on.
I would not recommend this slow cooker & am currently looking to replace mine with something more reliable.

2 out of 5 stars Crock Pot Review   August 2, 2010

As someone who cooks at least weekly in a crock pot I was fascinated by the thought of having 3 different size crocks. I often use an old 6 quart as well as a 4 quart. I have owned this new set for a few months and am very disappointed in its performance. I have never seen a slow cooker that burns food on Low. This crock pot set will burn foods left cooking on low all day. It is also very hard to get the crocks clean whether by hand or in the dishwasher. I am very glad I didn't get rid of my old slow cookers as I have gone back to using them. They heat more evenly, do not burn or overcook food and are much easier to get clean. I wish I never purchased this set as I have packed it away and have no use for it.
