Amazon.com Review This 1,235-watt countertop oven makes pizza in about half the time required by a conventional oven. You don't need to preheat it--it begins rotating and baking the moment you plug it in. There are independently controlled top and bottom heating elements, so all types (frozen or fresh) and sizes (7 to 12 inches) of pizza can be custom baked. With a rising-crust pizza, for example, you should run the lower heating element for 10-12 minutes before turning on the top element. For a crisper crust, bake the pizza with both heating elements, then finish it off with a few minutes of bottom-only heating. For extra cooking time on your toppings, leave the top element on a little longer. A timer with automatic shutoff lets you set cooking times precisely, and a cooking-time guide for various pizza types is printed on the pizza maker. For safety, the appliance shuts off automatically if it overheats. With the 13-1/4-inch-diameter baking pan in place, the pizza maker is 13-1/4 inches wide, 9-1/2 inches high, and 17-1/2 inches deep. (The baking pan can be removed for more compact storage.) It carries a two-year warranty against defects. --Fred Brack

Gooood Pizza July 23, 2010 Margiemae Using the pizza oven is great for frozen pizzas. It is quick and both the top and bottom bakes evenly, better than having to preheat the oven and then not getting top and bottom done perfectly. Easy clean up too!
Pizza Pizzazz July 21, 2010 Michael J. Larson (CANTON, IL, US) Owned a Presto Pizzazz Pizza Oven for years until it finally gave out. Looked in all department stores for a replacement when finally found out it was a 'seasonal item'. Why only sold at Christmas time I have no clue. Found it on Amazon. com at a very reasonable price. Wouldn't give it up for anything. Heats up the best pizza ever with little cleanup. If you like pizza, you need one of these and you won't be diaappointed.
Makes Frozen Pizza Taste Like Take Out! July 15, 2010 Kirk McKenna Jr. (Medina, Ohio United States) My mother purchased this for me as a Christmas gift 7 years ago believing that ulitmately it would probably get shelved in some cupboard. However, all these years later, this is the most used product I own in the kitchen! This machine cooks any type of pizza to perfection. With the rotating pan, the food is cooked evenly on all sides and you can control how much heat you want on the pizza. I've never had an issue with the pan, except when it was accidently thrown into the dishwasher, then the brown spots appeared, but it still worked perfectly.
If you love pizza, I highly recommend this product.
Junk July 6, 2010 Virginia Dodson (O'fallon, Missouri, US) 0 out of 3 found this review helpful
I bought one of these when they first came out.
I loved it. It worked great and my family used it a lot.
It finally stopped working, so I purchased another one from you.
I'm sorry I did, because it doesn't work. It gets warm, not hot, and it takes an hour to cook the pizza.
I will never buy a Presto product again, nor will my family. Companies used to make items that worked well and were worth
the money. Now, its all about QUANITY, not QUALITY.
I live on social security now and I don't have the extra money to send it back.
I won't be ordering anymore appliances from Amazon.
