Excellent product. After decaling with this product, I disassembled the boiler. It was spotlessly clean. Just be sure to flush your espresso machine with *plenty* of clean water until all of it is thoroughly flushed out so there's no remining taste of it.

Expresso machine alerted "descale" was necessary. After using product to descale the message light turned off indicating product worked as expected. Price was right and certainly better than attempting homemade solution that may damage unit.

If you have a high end espresso machine you need this stuff - even if you filter water. Works great, takes little time and maintains the warranty.
